Our Research Department aims at converting scientific knowledge into an instrument capable of improving corporate effectiveness and people's quality of life.
For this reason we intend to:
- support the creation of organizational strategies through the anticipation of economic, technological and socio-cultural trends;
- assist HR management through a wide variety of analysis and operation methodology;
- promote the human and professional integration within the company through the analysis of its processes, organizational structures, cognitive models, environmental features and personal relationships;
- enhance the knowledge derived from research employing it as an instrument of internal and external communication and managerial training.
