Method Each time, the round tables are composed of 30 managers from different corporate structures/functions but with similar levels of responsibility in terms of span of control and decision complexity. This methods privileges comparisons and debates, promoting personal relationships and allowing and effective and mutual update on the themes that are being discussed.
Formula Round tables are held during two days in residential locations. Coordinators, Experts. Each seminar counts on the active presence of a Coordinator who directs the operations and an Expert who stimulates the debate and discuss the state of the art in terms of psychology, sociology and organizational sciences.
Executive Agorà is a project designed and customized on the basis of the companies' actual and current needs. The Executive Agorà are moments of encounter, expressly designed for corporations; in which participants can compare their experience on key issues.
Method Cycle of half day meetings aiming at deepening the understanding of organizational and professional models inside the company. The analysis is carried out merging the corporate approach with suggestions from apparently distant areas, such as sport, cinema, arte and music, avoiding the traditional conference model and promoting a dialogue with the daily working experience.
